Solmate

I didn't not received my solmate card and it's been a 2 weeks now and this card it has been assigned by someone else in Newcastle . Now I can send any messages from them . When I tell them I didn't receive my card they tell me that I have assigned the card but the card was assigned by someone else in Newcastle.
