****ed off about Solmate card

The worst experience ever. Firstly they lie that they are affiliated to Standard bank yet their card ATM card says powered by Nedbank and Nedbank employees know nothing about it. Secondly when funds are deposited into the account I have no access to them until I load the card which gives me a limit of R10k per day. Why am I being limited to spend the money on my account. Thirdly I can not load cash into the card until a particular time if day. I could have an emergency at 2am and won't be able to access the cash because according to them it's not yet 9am to load the cash into the card. This card should just be banned. Mukuru and hello paisa have monthly limits but they don't limit you on your daily transactions. I'm really ****ed off,I was greatly inconvenienced.Imagine driving to Makro to purchase a TV for 12k only to realize daily limit is 10k. And they do not have a call centre to address your queries,one has to send a whatsapp text that is rep**** after 10-15minutes and their app support department replies after some hours. Lastly they do not have a USSD code that one can dial in case one has no data. So many flaws on this Solmate card. I regret opening it
