DE*****ED R3800 ON 06 FEB 2024 ON SOLMATE

On 06 February 2024 I a transfer of R3650 was made from my account to my card and then two ATMZA cash withdrawals were made from my card while my card was with me. An Eft of R3800 was made into my account on 06 Feb 2024 at 12:34, and as I view my transaction history a transfer of R3735 was made out of my account to my card, after which two withdrawals of R3000 at 03:30pm and another of R650 at 03:31pm were made.

Since the 07 of February 2024 after discovering this, I’ve been communicating via the Support WhatsApp on the app and to this day I have received nothing absolutely bad service. This definitely ***** and no one from SolMate is bothered. How do I continue and trust this platform when I cannot get help after losing so much money as bread winner and hustling for myself, my kids and my mum. The police station needs a transaction statement of my card withdrawals for me to open a case of ***** and I frustrated and disgruntled by the fact that I am not getting help.

If SolMate is failing to help here then they are surely supporting acts of ***** within their structures. Instead whosever has responded on the support WhatsApp chat tells me they cannot help me because SOLMATE is not a bank. Indeed I am aware of the fact that they are not a bank, but they are a Fintech that provides a platform to transact and when ***** has occurred in your platform as a service provider, it is alarming that you say you cannot help. I feel so defeated and helpless right now.
