What a horrible experience

I am beyond upset apon the service i got from Solly's here in nigel. In march i bought brand new tires at them and fitted them at tyre rack but did the wheel alignment at Solly's. I thought everything was okay until a month later when i noticed my car started pulling again, a month after that the camber was noticeably out but lockdown prevented me to check. Now three months later after i had the original alignment done my new tires are showing wire on the outer wall due to the canber being out. I was afraid they would brust so i took it back on a friday afternoon, 3 July 2020, they told me i must give them until monday to retrive the books for march but i was afraid one wrong move and i would burst them. So the following saturday, 4 July 2020, i went to tire rack and did the wheel alignment again and took a video of one of the bolts that has to be locked that Solly's employees never did back in march. When i went in on monday to show them the video they told me they cant replace the tyres because of tyre rack fixing the wheel alignment they dont have the proof that it was their fault. Im now sitting with 2 3month old tires that are run down and could burst and cause an accident at any time and Solly's refuses to fix their mistakes. Im now scared to drive anywhere especially with my two grandchildren one of 4 years and one of 10 months. What is a grandmothet todo now. I dont have the money to waste on new tyres as the lockdown has effected me alot.
