Solly's Exhaust Nigel

I took my Ford EcoSport to Solly's Exhaust Nigel to install a nudge bar on 21-07-22. They had to remove the entire bumper to install the n bar. I am very unhappy about a few things. First of all the tools used to un***** the parts were not the correct tools for the job and the lighting they use is very poor. After being there from 9 in the morning until 13:00 I saw that there were *****s missing, some parts were not fastened and the original clips of the bumper were not there and also the headlights were not connected. I phoned the guy to tell him and he said I must return my vehicle so they can have a look. They then put *****s and clips in that were missing, but the *****s they used were not all the same, the bolts and nuts were also different and when I told the guy about it he said it is under the car, no one will see it and he also said a ***** is a *****. I am really not happy about this because I took my car to them with original Ford *****s etc and they put different *****s, nuts, bolts and clips. That is not right! What also upset me is the fact that they scratched the one headlight and there are also scratches on the bumper. It is just upsetting, because you pay so much for your car and try and look after it as best you can and then other people cause damage.

When I got home after I left Solly's I looked again and saw that there are still *****s missing and the nudge bar is loose. I assume it is because of the poor lighting no one saw that some *****s are still missing.

I have never had a problem with Solly's, I have done many tire replacements on my previous vehicle and was always happy with the job they did.
