Worst customer service you will ever experience!

After collecting my Audi from Solly's Auto Centre that went in for repairs, I discovered that the mechanic that worked on it never used any protection covers and my carpet on the drivers side was full of oil stains. I was prepared to let this go but when I discovered that they have also broken my air strut that opens my bonnet I could not let it slide. When I approached them, the mechanic and the owner Nigel, both denied any wrong doing and could not even apologise. In stead they tried to put the blame on me and said that it was broken when I brought the car in. <br> I found the owner, Nigel, to be very rude and unapologetic. They did not even have the decency to apologise for getting oil stains on my carpet. Not even to mention that after having the car for more than 5 days in their workshop they could not even make an effort to wash it. <br> Never take your car there ever. You have been warned.
