Poor customer service

I recently purchased a Ford Fiesta from Sollys Auto City, and took delivery of the vehicle on 28 January 2015. In terms of the agreement with them, they would've valet the vehicle, plus fill the tank with petrol. After numerous emails and sms's, they only took the vehicle for a valet on 30 January 2015. Needless to say I am still waiting on them to fill the tank with petrol. It seems that once they receive the money from financing that they are not interested in the customer anymore...
