BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, NIGEL

Dealer principal Nigel, Worst Attitude I ever experience. I was at the branch 777 Goven Mbeki Road in Port Elizabeth just over a week ago, wanting to purchase a Audi A4, when I wanted to negotiate the price with Nigel. He at fist didn't want to speak to me to negotiate any price, I insisted speaking to him, when I was in his office with my 6year old daughter, he shouted at me saying I have a bad attitude and refuse to deal or negotiate anything with me, because I will be a terrible client to deal with, he doesn't need my business. I felt so bad, especially in from of my daughter. But thank you Nigel, I did take my Business somewhere else and are greatful you showed your true colours before I made a purchase there. I defnitly would of got TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE from you if I had bought the car. If you don't change you attitude you will be losing much more.
