shocking service!

I ordered on the 24th of May 2020. Left it for 10 days AFTER 1st June before following up. No answering of any phones - all the numbers provided! Wrote several emails without any response. Received email saying they were preparing orders made 1st June - no response to email "what about 24th May?". Eventually went there yesterday. At least 6 other people there at same time with same problem - no communication etc.. No real interest in resolving the problem and no apology. Managed to get my order after 45 minutes. Will never use them again and suggest no one else does either. Was trying to support local but...
