Pity Hp does not have a negative star rating
Placed order online & paid on 30th May and understood order would be delivered within 7 days. Left it for 10 days and then made the mistake of trying to contact them by phone ( never answer) and by email ( do not reply) from then on ....... mistake because all I achieved was to get angrier and angrier!! Even suggested in one of my emails that if they did not have stock of any of the items to let me know and we could split the order and deliver what they had now and the rest could come later but no reply!! Then out of the blue I received a phone call on Monday 15th June to say my order would be delivered on Wednesday 17th - what a joke....... no delivery received and am back to square 1 today .................. no call to apologize or reschedule delivery and they are not answering their phones once again so can only assume that they are either ***********, ***** or up to something.
I do understand that you have been under enormous pressure since June 1st and that the orders you received on line and the inability of suppliers to deliver stock to you has made your job extremely difficult........ however your failure to communicate, other than a couple of emails addressed to all your customers, did not solve the frustration we were all facing and especially one of your emails said that all orders placed between 30 May and 3 June would be delivered a week ago...... this of course did not happen but then there was silence from you side - no email to explain and you not answering your phones ............... this led to rising anger, frustration and lack of trust hence the posting of so many negative comments about your business.
So please make the effort to improve your communications, especially right now, to those who's orders are still outstanding ( tell them the reason why you cannot deliver, or do what you did for me and courier their orders
