Don't order from Solly Kramers Parkhurst!

So disappointing, Solly Kramers Parkhurst! On 28 May 2020, I placed an order (# 14461) for alcohol to the value of R2,879.20 to be delivered to my home. My credit card was debited on the same day. To date, I have had no delivery. A week ago, I managed to get through to somebody at Solly Kramers, who undertook to revert with an update on my order - never happened! Further, I have sent 2 separate e-mails to query the status of my order - no response.
