Very Suspicious Indeed

I would give SolisMarkets a zero rating and I am super annoyed with this company. On 2nd December 2024 I signed up with SolisMarkets to do trading. I made 2 deposits within a few days of each other and yet an agent kept pressing me to make an extraordinarily large deposit, I am talking about over $20,000 US dollars. I decided I no longer wanted to continue doing trades with this company and on 23rd Dec 2024 I told an agent I wanted to recoup my initial deposit and close my account, according to the account balance, the amount held was almost double my initial deposit. After that, despite e-mails and Whatsapp messages, the company went silent on me. When I tried to submit withdrawal requests i constantly received insufficient funds errors, despite the amount shown in the account balance. Only when I reviewed the company online did they call to say how well my account was doing and to question why I no longer want to trade with them. To this day I cannot submit a withdrawal request for my initial deposit, because of insufficient funds error-despite the amount balance shown in the account. Since December 2024 this company should have closed my account and refunded me my initial deposit, yet, against my will and wishes they continue to hold my money. This is frustrating and annoying and I feel cheated by this company. I hope Hellopeter doesn't remove my review again, because other persons should be warned. All SolisMarkets have to do is pay me back my initial deposit, why are you holding on to my money. Very suspicious indeed.
