Disappointed and disillusioned

I am disappointed and disillusioned in the fact that I lost all my invested funds , as the account manager was to busy convincing me that I cannot lose money and to invest more funds . When I was not prepared to do that he lost interest and did not bother to protect my investment When confronted he acquitted himself and for the first-time disclosed information that if I knew beforehand, I would never have risk the additional amount I invested. I don't know if one enjoys any protection under their FSCA license and if their account manager need to be complaint and accredited ?
