Avoid dealing with supplier

I contracted Solidroads ~Construction to supply and install Artificial Lawn at my residence. The initial preparation work was not done to standard and the instant lawn was not delivered on time. Eventually I decided to terminate the contract and agreed with the supplier that I will be refunded as I paid a deposit for the materials. I have contacted the supplier multiple times regrading the refund but their is always an excuse and lack of response to finalise the matter. Please be very careful when dealing with this supplier.
