Worse service ever from this union

My name is Ephraim .i am a member of solidarity for 2 years now with having any prior claim sunce joined their force in 2020. I joined them with hope that matbe are much better than the rest of other unions we all know of only to find they are the worst i have experienced in my entire life. I had an issue with my employer which led me be suspended from work as from 30 May 22 till now still no hearing as yet .i reported a matter to Union as my hope to get legal assistance for labour issues only received one phone call from a guy called Dennis from Alberton and phoned him back after few days uodating him of situation and he promised me to call me back later ir after few days to follow up till now its more than 2 weeks since he took my personal and contact details fir reference purposes he dissappeared like he never existed before. I would like people know solidarity is no different from other worse unions we all know of thry dont care no advise i have received as to what to do and not to do while waiting for hearing. Im just on my own doing things without any1 assistance or guidance. Join them at your own risk and you will see it for yourself when you need the most as to who exactly are they .you will never know till you have a problem . They deserve no star infact they are just wirse than the rest.

Not sure if this maybe could do with racial issue as im a black maybe they don't see a urgency on my matter
