Solidarity doesnt care about senior citizens

I am very disappointed in the level of service i have experienced in the past 7 years. In August 2011 i had an I.O.D and thats when i approached the union for help in regards with claiming for the injury, Today in October 2018 this matter still hasn't been resolved. I spoke to a manager called Paul at their head office in the hope of being helped, but no help what so ever. A lady called Anina was also working with my case untill she was fed up with my problem. It came to a point where she had the audacity to tell me to find a job and forget about claiming for my injury. Each and every time i would call solidarity they would hang up on the call when they realised it was me or my wife. I cannot understand how the lady would expect me to go job hunting at the age of 74 and being in a wheelchair permanently. She probably hoped that i had died during the time that i had been quiet. During these 7 years i lost my job and have had 27 operations due to the I.O.D and to top that all i havent received a cent of compensation regarding this. I have been with solidarity for the past 15 years and the one time i needed help they let me down badly, to this day im still paying my membership fee. Does this mean that when you old and suffering you are useless in the eyes of solidarity? Im disgusted by the fact that there have been nights we had to sleep without food, months not being able to pay for the electricity bills. SOLIDARITY YOU HAVE LET ME DOWN, and Anina im not dead yet, I NEED HELP.
