Solidarity?? A Union just like every other money making company

I have been with Solidarity for 4 years and only requested assistance on 2 occasions. I require UIF assistance and all that they can do is provide details on escalation of the matter. Thinking that you have a Union for representation is not all that it is. There is ONLY telephonic “ support “ and no representation in a civil case . That comes at an additional fee.

Stop orders go through without any hassle every month but , calling them and having to wait for NO Service is appalling.

Before joining, request and analyze what is offered and you will soon realise that , Solidarity is not for you.
