SOLIDARITEIT - YOU ARE A TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!!!

I have been a member of Solidariteit for many, many years. I never needed their services until now. I phoned them to get advise on an employment issue. The consultant was extremely rude and has no idea what telephone etiquette means. After I explained the situation, he asked me what he was supposed to do about it. UUUHM, THAT'S WHY I CALLED YOU- IDIOT. He then asked me why I only phoned now, and then put the phone down in my ear. They take your money for years and years, but when you need their help, they don't want to help. SOLIDARITEIT - YOU ARE A TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!!!
