Solidariteit is useless and unwilling to assist when needed
What a useless union, they take your membership fees for years, but the moment you need labour law assistance, the come up with 100 excuses why they cannot assist you. Rather take your monthly fees and go and eat a burger at the Spur

According to the recent communication it was explained that litigation cannot continue whilst your previous employer is under business rescue. 05 Jul 2024, 15:07I have spoken to you often you are well aware that the Post Office belongs to government and they are not under business rescue, so what are you waiting for, just to ***** my money without any assistance there was a court order in 2023 in favour of us getting back out pension arrear funds plus 9% interest, neigher you or Sanlam. Fough for our rights as a union and Sanlam. As. A financial institution who won the case, so it's all about your own egos and benefits never mind the staff and their children sleeping hungry at night

Considering the fact surrounding the payment of the claims, the business rescue plan has been approved and payment is made accordingly. No litigation van be filed during the process if the business rescue litigation moratorium has been lifted, this is a legal provision.
