Solidariteit, IGNORING members as they are BUSY.

We have an issue with unions at our company, both unions are getting a 100% bonus in Dec 2019 plus a salary increase 6.5% in Jan 2020. I had a contact person from Solidariteit Francois van Heerden and I have tried since Oct 2019 for him to assist us (solidariteit members and NON union Members at our business) in order for us to also get the bonus and the increase as we were notified by our employer saying we will NOT get a bonus OR an increase. I have tried to get assistance from Francois, I eventually asked who is his boss, and even Willie Venter till today has NOT contacted me, Francois is ignoring my calls and not replying to my msges. I even said: "I know you are busy please give me another contact person to assist" till Now, NOT francois OR his Boss phoned me rep**** to my msg nothing. I am a solidariteit member and my fees are paid via debit order every month WHY do we even trust them as they don't care they just want our money monthly.
