Selective response from Solidarity advisors

This review is informative for all members of the Solidarity Union, Branches Pretoria and Vanderbijlpark. 7 years as a member, 74 emails and several telephonic discussions and 1 consultation from the advisors dealing with my request, they did not solve my problem as individual. Advisors was fully notified by emails and provide with documentation. Complains of verbal abusing by managers, selectively demoted by passing my tasks to newly colleges, and falsely accused me of poor workmanship. My medical situation is used as a risk to employer excuse. Colloquies was promoted without proper evaluation system whilst I was selectively demoted. Disable / employees with disabilities, is often misunderstood and repeatedly questions because of the Equity law (in full) was not in place, you can easily be labelled as complaintive or aggressive member. Solidarity advisors conclusion was, accept and move on. So much for equity and friendly solution. You can easily be retrenched. I stop my passive income to Solidarity Union, for I was not a V.I.P member. I am forced to submit my request directly to Department of Labour for equity in workplace.
