Rude, unable to help at all

There are several Health and Safety issues, ************** issues and potential abuse issues at work. The first person that talked to me told me: she will refer my case to someone else because she doesn't understand me. The second person was incredibly rude. Some comments were: we can't help you, also I am making things up. Kept on being sarcastic to the extreme and interrupting. Quite shocking!
