Poor Service!!!!!!!!

<p>My husband had been retrenched and the company still owes him his retrenchement package. We were told that the company will liquidate. We ask Solidariteit to help us, they helped us fill in the claim form but that was it. Recently we heard that the company will not liquidate anymore. My husband emailed solidariteit and ask, What now? They told him to speak to the people that handled the liquidation, but those people will not help us because the company isn't liquidating anymore. My husband is a member of solidariteit from 2009 and my question is why do you pay montly fees if you get such ****py service. They are always eager to get you membership, but when it comes to the push they are missing in action.</p>
