Pathetic service from Solidatit

I have been a member of solidariteid for a few years. In this time i have had 2 situations where i needed their advise. Both times there was no service. there is a complete lack of support and understanding from their side. The latest was when i contacted them about an urgent matter regarding our children with a baby that is in quarantine. The situation is very bad and this was explained to them asking what we can do. The message was read but nothing has been done or heard from them. Even if they just came back and said they cannot hep it would be fine. It is clear that they are big talkers but cannot deliver. I will be giving up my membership as it means nothing to me
