Dont trust them they lie.

I can believe that we could receive the service we are receiving

promises are made before a policy is taken and as soon as the documents are signed and monthly payments are made then all of a sudden they say that they do not have jurisdiction to assist.

Why cant they just do what they promise.

My father passed away in December and we had issues with avbob(after being referred to them as they are contracted with Solidariteit)

When asking for help in January we where told that they will be able to assist us as soon as lockdown level 1 is announced again.

Now that level 1 has been announced we are told they cant help they do not have jurisdiction. Due to all the issues with Avbob and Solidariteit my mother is in a financial predicament as my fathers investments are not paid out to her as the death certificate are wrong.
