Breaking POPI Act

FOr a company that wants to take on a ******* government but doing business in an ********* way. all I ask is they tell me directly where that gets my number from and always get a snotty answer but never direct.

I remind them that the POPIA is lear on referrals without my permission and that sending soloist SMS after I have been mistreated on the phone and my number never gets removed.

How can you trust a company if they can't even follow a simple POPI Act? I never get answered just a very rude woman on the line. If I don't get an answer by weeks end I will report them to The information Regulator
