A total *******!
My first debit order for the amount of R120.00 was returned by the bank due to unsufficient funds, and I informed them before they even contacted me. Yesterday I drew a bank statement and to my surprise I saw that Solidariteit debited by account with an amount of R115.00 for a returned debitorder WITHOUT EVER INFORMING ME THAT THIS WILL HAPPEN IF A DEBIT ORDER IS RETURNED.Then Standard Bank charges me R130.00 for this returned debit order, which is understandable, BUT THIS MEANS THAT A DEBIT ORDER OF R120.00 COSTED ME R245.00 IN BANK CHARGES ONLY!
