Give us your money - Don't care about delivering goods

We recently dealt with this company Solid Wood Vaal. First we ordered a wood patio set at the Xteme Ourdoor Show close to Meyerton in May. This was delivered as it was a sizable order. We then decide to order a additional server and some cushions for the set and continued to place a order and made full payment. This was in July. We were then let to believe that the delivery will take place soon. This never happened. We then contacted them to find out when delivery will take place and we were once again promised that we will have it on certain date. That came and went past. On following attempts to contact them they ignored our calls, e-mail, sms's and WhatsApps. They still have note responded or delivered to date and we are now concerned that that took our money and ran. I guess we will have to see if they respond or if they return our money otherwise we will have to take further action. Based on this experience I would not recommend that anyone deals with them.
