Customer Service & Delivery
Customer service and efficiency is just appalling. A simple task like to deliver and install a new MS365 Office annual license took them almost three working days, but payment was asked for immediately to secure the confirmed installation time slot which they failed. Lots of excuses and trying making their problem my problem. Unacceptable and not even trained enough to deal with serious customer complaints in a swift reliable way.

We know that our customers have extremely high expectations of us, which we're almost always able to exceed. We're sorry that we let you down in this instance.
We could talk about the problems that we had with suppliers not being available when we needed them, or about mistakes that were made along the way, but you are absolutely correct that we can, and should, have done better.
It took just under 24 hours from the quote that you received for the service to the installation finally taking place, and this is longer than we would have liked.
At this point, there is little that can be done aside from apologising profusely and assuring you that this is not the excellent service that you can expect from us going forward.
