5 months waiting for my money , ripped-off

I bought a property with Solid link, the deal went through last year in September. Lavinia the PA/secretary was my contact at that time. She told me I needed to pay for the transfer. I asked her if I can use my own lawyer for registering of which she said no, they choose the lawyers. I was then told to pay R20 000, which was a bit high for the cost of the property I was buying, however I paid the money since I wanted to speed the process so I can occupy. She contacted me again saying the lawyers I paid have liquidated and I must come to their office in JHB CBD to sign for that money to be transferred to the other lawyers which I went and signed. Lavinia knew the second lawyers were also broke but she made me transfer to them saying they will register my property. It never happened. I received a phone call from Bernard attorneys in Kempton to say I must come and sign for my property registration. I went and was surprised when they asked for the money. I paid R12000 and the balance of R8000 was to be paid by Solid link of which they only paid R5600. I want my R2400. Will take this further and it will have interest. This is their fault and their problem not mine. I WANT MY MONEY.
