Building Bad houses with cheap materials

I stay in a new development in Witpoortjie built by Solid Developments. I will not be surprised if these houses collapse within the next 5 years because everything they use is cheap!! They try to minimize costs by all means and use cheap material and cheap labour. Our houses are not built according to spec and to a good standard!! I am highly disappointed. I dont understand how our houses were approved because we have low foundations on a slope and water comes in our houses!! The doors are cheap, handles are cheap, plumbing is a mess, our ceiling might fall any day from now. The whole complex is unhappy!!
