Terrible Customer Service

This particular company lays readymix concrete slabs, I wouldn't give them a one star review, you pay them in full and they end all communication. They always have excuses and never keep their word. Their pipes leak concrete and they mess all over your property including the Road that damages the cars as they drive over the concrete spills. I've contacted them for a week now to come clean up and ask they do is say they coming and they just don't pitch. They promised to be on site at 8am the morning and only arrived at 17h30 and done at 10h30, I had labourers on site the entire day I wasted money on pay for the day, overtime, ubers and supper for them. I also had to feed their workers oh and they require a bag of cement to prime their pipes to throw the concrete. What a load of bull to say the least.
