Appalling service and big ********

<p>I ordered The Soleil glo kit online and the advertised price was R349 , it was a special promo price . After I made my payment, they took R2007 instead of R349. I purchased it in October 2016 and to date 05 December 2016, they still have not delivered my order or sent me any tracking details . After the payment went off my phone I quickly sent them an Email to tell them to cancel my order and refund my full payment as it was false advertising, they refused and told me the Order was already on its way ,but it was all lies as the Order was confirmed only 2 days later according to the Lady Beth Sanchez from Bellavei whom I spoke to regarding my complaint .</p>
