Sole Couture THEFT !

I place an order on the 10th of October with these Sole Couture , they told me they would deliver in 5 working days. Then they said they have no stock and would send a refund. It's over 30 days now and no one replies to email or the what' app number. They have blocked me on face book and what's app and still no refund. This seems like a **** and i would not recommend anyone buying from Sole Couture .
