Terrible experience

Terrible experience with Sole buddies (coach christine prokopiak). Paid my joining fee of (R1500) Received my meal plan. After a week of being on my diet, i sent in my weigh sheet and food diary. I was asked how am i feeling, and that i will receive feedback on my weight loss and diary the next day. Waited for 5 days and got no reply. Iv requested that Christine charges me for the meal plan she gave me and refund the rest of my money. She was really hostile and said no she wont. Furthermore she removed me from her whatsapp group.
