Research other companies first

<p>The service from Solco has been so poor I am almost embarrassed to continue phoning them.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been trying for two months to replace the poor quality panels that have burst while still under guarantee and have no luck what so ever.</p> <p> </p> <p>Elsabe who mans the telephones keeps insisting that somebody will contact me and I never hear back. Apparently their suppliers have gone out of business.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will keep fighting to try and get an answer but suspect I have just flushed money down the drain using Solco.</p> <p> </p>
