Disappointing service

We regret ever using Solarwise East London!!!!! they installed our solar geyser at home under a 10yr Warranty, and 5 yrs down the line our geyser burst!! currently no water at all at home, and the feedback we receive is that the waiting period to replace this geyser is 8 weeks!!! 8 weeks!!!! but obviously conveniently for them the customer can always just claim from insurance?????? seriously!!! what type of service is this? they talk like they doing us a favor, but hell the day I had to pay for this service I didn't ask for a favor I paid for service!!!! really just disappointing in this type of business.
