Angry customer

I am very disapointed at the after sales service at SolarWise East London. They installed the Solar gyser in December. Last week which was the 28th of February I called to report that my gyser has an issue as the water is lukewarm.

They only sent one of their technicians yesterday(08/03/22) who made things worse cause now the water is completely cold.
