Ordered lithium batteries from them and they mixed in old batteries with a known defect in the batteries causing them not to be useable as indented and specified.

Refuses to replace the batteries and will only send them in for repairs taking 7 to 31 days.

Do not do business with them as you will not have any client service afterwards.
