Do Not Buy From this Company, you will regret it and incur alot of frustration

My installer bought a luxpower inverter from Solarway on my behalf. The luxpower inverter has had a defect since the time I bought it. We've reported this and now they're giving my installer the run around.

I will not recommend you buy from them, because the products as far as I'm concerned are considered Grey products.

They refuse to take accountability and as a result I will be reporting this company to the CPA and Ombudsman.

Ridwaan, I'm disappointed, and will not recommend your company unless you fix my product. I worked hard to purchase it, and to be treated like this will result in alot of negative publicity coming your way.
