Poor service and poor quality of products

Very poor service. Invertors worked for 1 month and then packed up. It then takes them 30 working days before they can repair the unit. They do not provide a loan unit or swap faulty units for new ones. Sales person lies and does not give truthful feedback during that 30 day period.
