*****ed - Solarway - YOU DO NOT GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR!!!!

I bought a 10KV Solar Package from www.solarwaysuppliers.co.za ( GREENSIDE RANDBURG) Due to stock restrictions on their Solar panels I was told that they now can only give me 12 panels instead of 16 panels as advertised on the package I bought??

I now Miss 4 Solar panels and feel they cannot be trusted!! I am extremely unhappy with their Service and will not recommend them to anyone! Clearly they are only there to make money ! This was not a cheap excercise and I would expect to get what I paid for!!! SHAME ON YOU SOLARWAY.

After engaging with Solarway Suppliers, I can confirm that I was incorrect in reviewing them badly on this platform. I have not been dealing with them directly and after an investigation; it seemed there was a disconnect with my installer who was dealing with Solarway Supliers directly. I am still happy with the equipment I have and the quality thereof. I have in the meantime instructed my installer to engage with Solarway Suppliers in finding a solution to get the additional solar panels as required. Solarway Suppliers - Please accept my sincere apology in this regard!
