Solartricity Heat Pump

I purchased a heat pump in August 2013 from the above company who is accredited by Eskom. I was promised that the savings attained would pay for the unit in under 2 years. The initial disastrous installation resulted in water running through my ceiling and into my house. The unit then worked intermittently, and led to months of frustration where we had to beg for service. The promised savings did not happen and they blamed the council's billing system, which was found to be correct. <br> Late last year the heat pump packed up completely and they took it back. They finally admitted that a leak was the cause of the many problems. It then took a further few months to 'repair' and when they re-installed, the unit did not work for even a day. They then removed it, acknowledged that they were unable to repair and did refused to replace it. They agreed to remove the brackets, fix my wall, and refund me for the unit, but would only agree to a partial refund which I reluctantly accepted as I had wasted too much time and money. To date I have not had a cent in payment, and they do not take my calls nor respond to emails, hence my reporting this in an effort to recover my wasted money.
