My inverter worked perfectlyfor 2 years. I engaged with Solar Proz to add solar panels to the system. They blew up my inverter after the installation that affected my alarm system as well. They never came back to sort out anything. Refused to answer my calls and emails. It cost me over R30 000 to repair the damage. You cannot sue them, they are under debt review and company has de-registered. Stay away from these bunch of *******, they do not have offices or permanent staff. They buy panels from China Mall therefore you will never have any warranty or guarantees on the products that they supply.
