My solar system has not been working since installation. Almost 5 years later, they still cannot resolve it. Rather opt for another installer that knows what they're doing.

My system has not been configured properly and the batteries do not charge using the solar panels. The minute we have loadshedding we have no power at all.

The after sales service is lacking significantly with arrogance and a lack of response.

These guys really do not know how to troubleshoot or resolve problems.

The monitoring of my system was non existent despite annual services being conducted.

The sad part is that they have a don't care and arrogant attitude.

Their promises are meaningless. If you're engaging them, document everything. We have not reaped the rewards of solar energy in any financial way. Don't get caught.
