<p>We got solaropt to quote and install a solar power system. Firstly they were very unprofessional when they came to install the system. The batteries they supp**** didnt hold charge the first night and we suspected something was wrong. We then found out from a second opinion solar specialist that the batteries were second hand and not the size we paid for and was quoted for, they were 83ah instead of 100ah. The installation was also not done correctly. We then tried to get them to replace them with the correct ones but they dissapeared and never anwsered their phones. So we were basically ****med and ****** by James and JC Cook, if that is even their real names. They have moved adress so we also dont know were to find them. Dont use them at all! </p>
