Useless solar power pump supplier in Silwerlakes

Sold me a complete solar pump with panels and control box,cables fitted the works that Solarman designed to pump water borehole at a certain depth. What a joke with a none functional system that can not even get a drop of water out borehole,its that weak. I called to ask for technical assistance, just to hear on the other side that the technical assistant paging through the same manual as me on this side of the phone. I asked them to come to my land and test the none functional pump system,just to hear that they are a retail store and dont come to sites and test their equipment that they sold to you....I still dont have a functional solar pump system,gad to revert back to a electrical pump system to pump water. What a disgrace for a company selling next generation equipment with zero knowledge.
