SolarMan tells me to F... off and take my business to another place...

I Was told to F... off and take my business to another company by a person called JD. I got a quote for R 26 000. This company advertises on Radio (and other media) that they come out to you and give professional advise... After 2 weeks,and a few phone calls I went back to inquire about the quote only to hear that they are too busy to help.. I then asked for themanager / owner to which i got the reply "F.. off and take your business to another place". I sent an sms to the phone numbers of the manager but got no reply .. i sent 2 more sms's with no reply. Obviously, this company does not want to do business... This is the worst experience I've ever had .....
