Sell bad product and no responsiillity

Baught a 12V solar system with fridge from them and since 3 months after installation system does not work. First the fridge packed up then the system. after taking system off taking it back claiming it worked, which I only found out they charged the batteries to run the system again for a week. System does not supply correct current for load. I have phoned in alot of time with no real effort from them to assit me with the system. Tiaan then said after alot of argument he will set up the system at office for testing and get back to me. after a long time and me trying to get hold of him he rep**** he changed his mind and will not assist me in resolving the problem. He said I must bring the system back but will not allow me to see how he tests it as I suspect he will just charge the batteries again to let the system run. He blames me and he will not train me although I have contacted alot of solar companies and explained to them the problem. They all said theorectically it should work but they blame the product for failure. I even tested the system as built with them with same resultls. Bad attitude and unwillingness to help from Solarman
