Rude and obnoxious behavior

Absolutely rude, obnoxious and utter disrespectful company. The so called manager JP is uninformed and ill equipped to to handle clients. He is a young immature youngster who has an aggression issue. Their behavior by verbally defamed clients in the presence of their work force is extremely poor character. Their products cannot not trusted. Bought a inverter from them in Jan22, been promised that a WiFi ****le will be provide a week later, six month down the line, still same excuses. Took the inverter in for re-assessing and fault finding on 1 June. The manage JP verbally abused me and threatened to man handle me off their premises. Utter and utterly disgusting.
